Florida Region’s 2026 Outstanding Club Director award winner.

SAV is excited to introduce Owner/Director Andrew Harris as part of our staff. Coach Andrew has 20 years of volleyball knowledge and experience to enthusiastically share!

After growing up in the Jacksonville area and graduating from Flagler College in Business, he would play volleyball as much as possible.

From indoor, grass and beach volleyball leagues/tournaments in Utah, he eventually made his way to Laguna and Huntington beach, California where his love for the sport grew even more. There he was able to see and learn from the pros everyday in the volleyball Mecca of the United States! 

He is deeply committed to the Positive Coaching Alliance philosophy, emphasizing constructive feedback and an athlete-centered approach to learning and development.

Coach Andrew most recently was the assistant coach for the inaugural boys volleyball team at Pedro Menendez high school and head coach for both the boys and girls teams at Gamble Rogers Middle School and RJ Murray Middle School. He also competes throughout Florida whenever he can.
